Birch Corp's approach was shaped by decades inside the healthcare system, not just the insurance market. After owning Medicap pharmacies in Iowa for 20 years, RJ and Julie saw firsthand how often people were placed into plans that did not fit their doctors, prescriptions, or real needs.
Julie's clinical pharmacy background and RJ's engineering mindset helped shape a more careful process: identify the problem, review the details, compare the options, and build a solution around the client.

Former Maytag civil engineer turned Medicare planner. RJ co-owned Medicap Pharmacies in Iowa for 20 years and now leads Birch with an analytical, fiduciary approach to coverage.

Driven to expand her ability to help Iowa seniors, Bianca is currently studying to obtain her Health and Life Insurance licenses.

Driven by a strong foundation in finance and care, Kierstan serves as the assistant operations support for Birch. She brings specialized knowledge to the team with her Associate Degree in Insurance and Financial Management from NIACC. Dedicated to expanding her impact, Kierstan is currently working toward obtaining her Health and Life Insurance licenses.

Dylan brings a disciplined, service-first mentality to the Birch Corp team. He is an active member of the Air National Guard with deployment experience in Qatar. Dylan is currently completing his Health and Life Insurance licenses, with a roadmap to pursue advanced financial planning credentials. He supports our daily operations, ensuring client questions are answered and details are handled with precision.
